Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Products not in their original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
